Mario C. Caesar was born in Canal
Zone, Republic of Panama, Central America. He came to the United States and lived in Brooklyn, New York. Elder Caesar joined the United States Air Force in March. The Lord saved Elder Caesar while stationed at
Lakenheath Air Force Base from that day July 18, 1980, he has been running for the Lord.
While stationed at Myrtle Beach AFB Base, South Carolina he attended Mason Temple C.O.G.I.C. under the leadership of
Elder James Lee from 1984-1992. Brother Caesar heard his calling into the ministry
on November 2, 1986 when he received and was licensed as a Minister. Elder Caesar
was ordained July 23, 1989 by Bishop Johnny Johnson in Conway S.C. Duty called
for Elder Caesar to be transferred to Pope AFB, N.C. in September 1992. Upon his arrival, he joined Pentecostal Temple C.O.G.I.C.
in Fayetteville N.C. under the leadership of Supt. J.C. Reid. Elder Caesar accepted
the call of God in November 1993 to organize Refreshing Springs Ministry C.O.G.I.C. in Fayetteville N.C. The ministry has since relocated to Spring Lake, NC prior to retiring from the military. Elder Caesar's lovely wife is none other than First Lady Helen Denise Caesar. They have five blessed children
Desiree, Malachi, Melanie, Joe'l and Nicole.
